- Compensation Range: $45k - $50k
The Role
Stock & Option Solutions is currently seeking an Equity Compensation Associate to join our SOS Outsourcing team and support our clients. As an Equity Compensation Associate, you will have the opportunity to support SOS’s Account Management team and work with a variety of companies in administering and managing their employee stock option, stock purchase and restricted stock programs. Responsibilities consist mainly of day-to-day administration on one of several of the equity compensation platforms supported by SOS.

The Work You’ll Do

- Assist Account Management team with general stock administration operations and activities, including (but not limited to)
- Participant updates
- Tax rate updates
- Terminations
- Exercises
- Grant Loads
- Work independently with moderate supervision.
- Manage approximately 6 unique clients simultaneously, including updating client documentation as changes occur.
- Must be able to follow and adhere to all internal procedures, including data security and privacy practices.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or 2-4 years’ experience in a corporate work environment.
- 1+ years data experience and 1+ years SAAS (software as a service) experience, strongly desired.
- Professional, efficient communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills (positive and personable)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively and efficiently.
- Flexibility to work a non-standard work schedule and adapt to changing requirements, depending on client activity.
- Proficient with MS Word and Outlook.
- E-mail organizational skills are strongly encouraged.
- Strong Excel skills required within 6 months of hire.

The Purpose of Your Role / The Value You Deliver

- You will support our clients by managing their stock plan administration operations and activities successfully, with a focus on compliance, best practices, client relationships and problem resolution, documentation, and communication, under the management of the Stock & Option Solutions Client Success Manager.
- You will be delivering peace of mind, as the Operations team performs the day-to-day stock plan administration work for clients, allowing them to focus on other, more strategic activities.

- Stock plan administration and/or management activities
- Customer service to support employee inquiries on a variety of topics and issue-resolution related to equity compensation
- Work with industry software and vendors to effectively manage our clients’ plans
- Work with clients’ internal and external business partners, cross-functionally
- Maintenance of employee equity database
- Stock plan financial reporting activities/support
- Stock plan reconciliation activities/support
- SEC, audit and external reporting activities/support
