The Work You’ll Do

The responsibilities listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability that may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these functions.

• Assist Account Management team with general stock administration operations and activities, including (but not limited to)
  
  • Participant updates
  • Tax rate updates
  • Terminations
  • Exercises
  • Grant Loads
• Work independently with moderate supervision.
• Manage approximately 6 unique clients simultaneously, including updating client documentation as changes occur.
• Must be able to follow and adhere to all internal procedures, including data security and privacy practices.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or 2-4 years’ experience in a corporate work environment.
• 1+ years data experience and 1+ years SAAS (software as a service) experience, strongly desired.
• Professional, efficient communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills (positive and personable)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively and efficiently.
• Flexibility to work a non-standard work schedule and adapt to changing requirements, depending on client activity.
• Proficient with MS Word and Outlook.
• E-mail organizational skills are strongly encouraged.
• Strong Excel skills required within 6 months of hire.

The Purpose of Your Role / The Value You Deliver

In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your skillset and effectively make a positive difference through the work you provide for our internal and external partners and clients.

• You will gain experience with many different types of organizations across all industries with varying equity plans and platforms, from a hybrid work environment that includes some time in the office in Nashville, TN and some time working remotely from home.
• You will support our clients by managing their stock plan administration operations and activities successfully, with a focus on compliance, best practices, client relationships and problem resolution, documentation, and communication, under the management of the Stock & Option Solutions Client Success Manager.
• You will be delivering peace of mind, as the Operations team performs the day-to-day stock plan administration work for clients, allowing them to focus on other, more strategic activities.
