About the Role
Stock & Option Solutions is a trusted leader in equity compensation services supporting clients nationwide. We’re seeking experienced Stock Plan Administrators to join our team and provide day-to-day support for one or two high-activity client engagements in a flexible, remote work environment.
This role is ideal for equity compensation professionals who enjoy hands-on administration, problem-solving, and contributing to exceptional client service. You’ll work closely with clients’ internal teams and industry platforms to manage critical stock plan activities.
What You’ll Do
- Administer and support daily stock plan operations for assigned clients
- Respond to employee and participant inquiries with timely, accurate information
- Work with industry platforms (e.g., EEO, Shareworks, Fidelity PSW) and equity vendors to manage plan data and transactions
- Partner with internal and external business partners (HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll) to support plan administration
- Maintain and audit employee equity databases
- Support financial reporting and reconciliation related to plans
- Assist with SEC, audit, and external reporting activities
- Support participant education, training, and communications
- Contribute to new plan rollouts, project work, and process improvements
- Follow, enhance, and create client policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Prior stock plan administration experience
- ECA or CEP candidates preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with industry platforms such as Equity Edge Online (EEO), Shareworks, or Fidelity PSW preferred
- Familiarity with platforms like Carta, Certent, or Schwab EquiView welcomed
- Equity compensation vendor experience a plus
- Accounting or paralegal knowledge a plus
