About the Role
Stock & Option Solutions is a leading equity compensation firm supporting clients across industries with best-in-class stock plan administration and advisory services. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Stock Plan Administrator to support client equity programs in a fully remote, consulting-style environment.
This role is ideal for an equity compensation professional who enjoys hands-on administration, client interaction, and continuous growth. You’ll work directly with client teams to administer stock plans, support compliance and reporting needs, and deliver exceptional service during periods of growth, change, or transition.
What You’ll Do
- Administer and manage employee equity compensation plans
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and participant inquiries
- Work with equity platforms and vendors to support day-to-day plan operations
- Partner cross-functionally with client Legal, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, and HR teams
- Maintain and audit employee equity databases
- Support stock plan financial reporting and reconciliation activities
- Assist with SEC, audit, and external reporting requirements
- Support participant education, training, and communication initiatives
- Assist with new plan rollouts and equity communications
- Manage and support stock plan–related projects and initiatives
- Follow, enhance, and create client policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices
- Provide support for ad hoc equity compensation projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Prior experience in stock plan administration
- ECA or CEP (or candidates actively pursuing), preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with equity platforms such as Equity Edge Online (EEO), Shareworks, or Fidelity PSW
- Experience with Carta, Certent, Schwab EquiView, or other platforms a plus
- Equity compensation vendor experience a plus
- Accounting or paralegal background a plus
