What You’ll Do 

• Serve as primary contact for client financial reporting needs
• Support stock compensation reporting (expense, disclosures, deferred tax assets, EPS, proxy)
• Address client inquiries with speed and accuracy
• Assist with platform migrations and reconciliations
• Build strong client relationships and recommend best practices
• Present platform demos and conduct client training
• Manage multiple priorities and reporting cycles
• Improve internal processes and system efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally on client issues and projects
• Ensure compliance with SSAE 18 SOC 1 standards

What We’re Looking For 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, or equivalent
• 5+ years in equity compensation or accounting
• Experience with ASC 718 and financial reporting cycles
• Strong understanding of equity plans and wealth management
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Advanced Excel skills
• Preferred: CPA, CEP, project leadership experience
