Stock & Option Solutions is currently seeking experienced Stock Plan Administrators to join our team and support our clients. This role will support internal, day-to-day stock plan administration needs for one or two high activity clients. The client assignments will generally transition to new clients once or twice a year.

Stock & Option Solutions is currently seeking an Equity Compensation Associate to join our SOS Outsourcing team and support our clients. As an Equity Compensation Associate, you will have the opportunity to support SOS’s Account Management team and work with a variety of companies in administering and managing their employee stock option, stock purchase, and restricted stock programs. Responsibilities consist mainly of day-to-day administration on one of several of the equity compensation platforms supported by SOS.

As an Associate Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of companies in administering and managing their employee stock option, stock purchase and restricted stock programs. Responsibilities range from day-to-day operational administration to complex analysis of client needs, project management, and guidance with high-level equity compensation issues.
