Lexi is currently the Director of Consulting and Staffing at Stock & Option Solutions who oversees a team of over 40 stock administration consultants who service clients across the country. She has over ten years of experience working in the financial and customer service industries, over seven years in recruiting and talent management, seven years in the tech industry, and six years in marketing and sales. With her eclectic background, she brings innovative ideas to employee engagement and experience and acts as a coach to her team members and peers. Driven by a deep passion for human-centric environments, she is motivated to make positive changes and restructure employees’ relationship with work. Lexi welcomes the opportunity to continue to apply her varied background to the unique challenges of managing a remote workforce in the equity compensation industry and looks forward continuing to co-create powerful employment experiences with clients and partners alike.
