- Travel Required: Up to 20%
- Compensation Range: $70k - $90k
The Role
Stock & Option Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Associate Account Manager to join our SOS Outsourcing team and support our clients. As an Associate Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of companies in administering and managing their employee stock option, stock purchase and restricted stock programs. Responsibilities range from day-to-day operational administration to complex analysis of client needs, project management, and guidance with high-level equity compensation issues.

- Manage stock administration operations and activities.
- Build and Maintain client relationships.
- Guide clients through processes and educate them on best practices.
- Maintain a baseline of technical and industry knowledge.
- Policies and procedures: implementation, documentation.
- Problem research and resolution.
- Completing Forms 3/4/5 to comply with Section 16 reporting requirements.
- Domestic US management.
- Works effectively on their own and in a team environment, with limited supervision.
- Prepare written materials and finalize deliverables to the client.
- Work closely with detailed project work scopes, timelines, and deliverables based on client requirements.
- Assist in the rollout of outsourcing. services to Outsourcing Administrations.
- Manage 5-8 small to mid-sized clients simultaneously with the support of Account Managers and Team Leads.
- Must be able to follow and adhere to all internal procedures, including data security and privacy practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years managing corporate clients.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate stock administration with an understanding of business, regulatory, and technical requirements at an operational level.
- Solid knowledge of the administration of Stock Option and Restricted Stock products.
- Basic knowledge of Stock Purchase products.
- Working knowledge of Section 16, International, Brokerage, and Accounting rules and regulations.
- Excellent writing skills, including grammar, spelling, and presentation.
- Strong attention to detail, verbal, and written communications, in addition to organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively and efficiently.
- Flexibility to work a non-standard work schedule and adapt to changing requirements depending on client activity.
- Highly proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Extended knowledge of one major equity software platform (Shareworks, EEO or Fidelity).
- CEP 1 or ECA is desired, but not required.

- You will be delivering peace of mind, as the Outsourcing team performs the day-to-day stock plan administration work for clients, allowing them to focus on other, more strategic activities.

- Stock plan administration and/or management activities
- Customer service to support employee inquiries on a variety of topics and issue-resolution related to equity compensation
- Work with industry software and vendors to effectively manage our clients’ plans
- Work with clients’ internal and external business partners, cross-functionally
- Maintenance of employee equity database
- Stock plan financial reporting activities/support
