Dean joins Stock & Option Solutions in 2020 after a successful 20+ year career at Fidelity Investments spanning many leadership roles across brokerage and equity compensation. He balances deep technical knowledge with a profound ability in helping people continuously adapt in today’s disruptive, competitive environment. Dean loves new ideas and the energy they create within an organization. He’s a big fan of trying creative approaches, such as Agile, Lean and data analytics to achieve great results in the most employee-friendly, customer-focused manner. He loves engaging with the rest of the Stock & Option Solutions team to deliver a world-class experience and a competitive edge for all of the customers who trust us with their plans.
