The Role
At Stock & Option Solutions, we are a top-tier growing service company in equity compensation. We are seeking a passionate team player with a people-first mindset to join our team.
Stock & Option Solutions is currently seeking a proactive Team Experience Coordinator for this new position in our growing organization to support Stock & Option Solutions Staffing responsibilities in both the People Solutions (Staffing) and Human Resources departments.
This role involves managing new hire onboarding, consultant/client assignments, and offboarding processes. The coordinator will maintain consultant tracking in Salesforce, ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws, and assist with payroll tasks such as PTO tracking and timecard administration. Additional responsibilities include reviewing invoices and providing administrative support to the HR Manager and Consulting & Staffing Director. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
This Team Experience Coordinator will serve a critical role in the onboarding and retention of the best Talent in the industry to drive team and client satisfaction impacting client acquisition, retention, and brand awareness as a leading employer and service provider in equity compensation.
The Work You’ll Do

- Partners with Consulting and Staffing Director and Sales team to help match current team members with opportunities
- Responsible for new hire onboarding procedures for SOS Staffing division including, but not limited to:
- New hire orientations
- Internal Systems set up
- Provisioning of equipment
- Assist with consultant/client assignment process for new and existing team members, including but not limited to:
- Client/consultant communications and interviews
- Employment Status Notifications
- Assignment Notifications
- Position and Pay rate change notifications
- Responsible for employee offboarding procedures for SOS Staffing division including, but not limited to:
- Communications with HR & payroll
- System Access termination
- Employment wrap-up protocols
- Maintains consultant tracking in Salesforce
- Responsible for the oversight and administration of some Human Resource policies and procedures related to hiring, employee status changes, and terminations
- Responsible for understanding and enforcing federal and state employment laws and compliance
- Serve as point of contact for incoming team questions and requests. Escalate employee relation issues to HR as needed.
- Provides administrative assistance for payroll tasks, including but not limited to:
- PTO tracking
- Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate and timely employee pay information
- Timecard system administration
- Timecard approval
- Invoice review and approval
- Provides administrative support to the SOS HR Manager and the SOS Consulting & Staffing Director using SOS employee management tools to ensure the team meets company compliance and engagement expectations
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or related work experience in business, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred
- 1-3 years of office administration or HR experience preferred but not required
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with all personality types and understand employee needs
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and flexible
- Ability to maintain staff and data confidentiality
- Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets, and presentation software
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Strong organizational, planning and project management skills
- Professional and proactive work ethic
- Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
- Salesforce and QuickBooks Online experience highly preferred
