After incorporating in 1999, SOS quickly expanded its client roster and consultant base to meet the enormous demand for skilled
stock administrators. Today, SOS services many of the top Fortune 100 global companies, as well as a host of small to medium-sized
businesses. Our equity compensation consultants offer a wide breadth of experience, skills, and knowledge to provide the most flexible
solutions for our clients. SOS' client base is located throughout the United States. SOS is proud to provide unbiased stock plan resources, technology and consulting.
SOS currently has 75 employees nationwide, with headquarters in Campbell, California.
