Barrett Scott CEO

Barrett's Bio
Barrett Scott is one of the founders of Stock & Option Solutions and has been integral in developing the services and solutions for SOS clients since its inception in 1999. Prior to founding SOS, Barrett was an independent consultant in the equity administration field for two years and a Client Group Manager at AST StockPlan for four years. His experience with a wide range of equity benefit plans has given him the insight to develop cutting edge solutions for our clients' stock administration needs. Barrett continues to provide valuable knowledge of financial, tax, and legal requirements of equity compensation programs to SOS clients and their employees on a regular basis. He has been integral in developing SOS' key relationships with industry brokers, software providers, law firms, transfer agents, Big 4 accounting companies, investment bankers, and other consulting firms. Barrett is a member of major national equity compensation organizations, holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Drama from the University of Washington.

Henley Hom, CEP Principal & COO

In his 15 years of internal, outsourced, consultative stock administration, Henley has managed many projects such as software development, design and management of interactive websites, stock splits, data conversions, option exchange programs, customized reporting, software implementations, spin-offs, and broker implementations. Henley speaks on a local and national level on a variety of equity compensation topics. Prior to entering the stock administration field, Henley worked as an accountant. He received his B.S. in Accounting and Finance at San Jose State University.

Scott McDonald serves as SOS's Director of Sales & Marketing. He joined the company in 2003. Scott is responsible for the strategic leadership of the sales and marketing departments.  He works alongside his team to develop and maintain the needed Sales and Marketing infrastructure to support both its current and future operations, and ensure an ever-expanding and increasingly satisfied client base.

Andrea's Bio
Andrea Best is the Managing Director of People Solutions at Stock & Option Solutions. Andrea has been a part of the SOS team since 2006. In her role as Managing Director, Andrea oversees the SOS consulting team that handles the interim stock administration needs of hundreds of clients across the country. Before joining SOS, Andrea worked for Kelly Services in staffing and was an Instructor of English at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida. Andrea earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Lynn University, Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Miami, and Ph.D. in Comparative Studies from Florida Atlantic University. Andrea frequently speaks on industry career topics and is currently the guest blogger for the NASPP Career Center’s Career Corner.

Sorrell Johnson, CEP Senior Equity Compensation Consultant

Sorrell's Bio
Sorrell Johnson began working in equity compensation in 1997 and has held equity management positions at NetApp, Redback Networks and Ariba, an SAP company. She began her career at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in equity administration, assisting private clients with stock administration, the formation of corporations, preferred equity financings and initial/secondary public offerings. She currently works for Stock & Option Solutions as a Senior Equity Compensation Consultant. She earned her CEP designation in 2003. In 2014 she received the volunteer excellence award from the Certified Equity Professional Institute. She served as Vice President of the Silicon Valley chapter of the NASPP from 2013-2014. She speaks at various events including industry webinars, the NASPP national conference, GEO and NASPP University. Her areas of expertise include streamlining day to day operations activity, records retention, building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, mergers and acquisitions, Section 16 filings and insider trading compliance. She has experience in global equity compliance in over 50 countries.

Julie Kenia has been a member of the Stock & Option Solutions, Inc. (SOS) team since 2006 and currently a member of the Professional Services Team at SOS where her extensive background and experience helps clients with their employee equity plan challenges. Julie has assisted clients with corporation spin-offs, mergers, stock splits, stock plan best practice reviews, software training, day-to-day administration training, vendor evaluations and implementations, and accounting related reconciliations. She has also assisted with ESPP expensing, data audits and conversions, and 6039 compliance. Julie became a Certified Equity Professional in 2008 and has over twenty years of experience in long term incentive programs and equity administration. She has presented on SOS webinars, at the Annual NASPP Conferences and at NASPP Chapter meetings.

Tim McCleskey, CEP Equity Compensation Consultant

Tim McCleskey has been an Equity Compensation Consultant for Stock & Option Solutions, Inc. (SOS) since 2007. He provides clients assistance with day-to-day stock administration, process documentation, Section 16 filings, proxy preparation, and quarterly financial reporting, including non-employee accounting. Tim collaborates to create specialized solutions for equity compensation program improvements, including vendor implementations, stock splits, IPOs, and data transitions. He has experience building queries in Microsoft Access to streamline data flow from HR and payroll systems into equity databases, creating processes to track mobile employee movements and taxation writing employee communications for events such as ESPP enrollments and purchases, and conducting on-site employ forums. Tim began working in the equity compensation industry in 2003 with E*TRADE Financial StockPlans customer service. He gained experience with the active day-trader and technical support teams and became a StockPlans team lead before transitioning to E*TRADE Corporate Services in their Outsourcing division, working closely with three other representatives to administer the stock plans for over 20 mid-sized and large companies. Tim graduated with a BA in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University. He has been a Certified Equity Professional since 2007, volunteers for the Certified Equity Professional Institute, and has spoken at several equity events, including SOS and NCEO webcasts as well as the NASPP annual conference.

Rachel (Meyers) Southorn, CEP Equity Compensation Consultant

Rachel (Meyers) Southorn has worked in equity compensation since 2003 in a diverse and challenging range of roles. She joined Stock &Option Solutions, Inc. (SOS) as a Senior Equity Compensation Consultant in 2013 and supports clients with system conversions and reconciliations, financial reporting, modification accounting, accounting for option repricing, DTA balance verifications, and vendor searches. Rachel’s expertise spans from system knowledge to mobility challenges to taxation issues and best practices in administration and technology. Prior to joining SOS, Rachel was the Product Communications Lead for E*TRADE Financial Corporate Services, the makers of Equity Edge Online, driving the development of the equity compensation content for ETRADE’s Client Resource Center, designing functional requirements, and overseeing product rollout communications plans. In addition, Rachel previously developed and reviewed content at the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) as Editorial Director. Prior to that, she was the senior Stock Plan Administrator at where she headed up the international taxation and administrative functions, including mobility tracking and withholding. Before joining Amazon, Rachel worked in the stock plan outsourcing group at E*TRADE where she administered plans for large and mid-sized companies. She began her career in equity compensation administering stock plans for a venture capital group in the Silicon Valley managing the full capitalization of portfolio companies in Excel. Rachel has been a frequent speaker on equity compensation topics and regulations including webcasts, NASPP conferences, GEO and NASPP meetings and the CEPI Symposium. Rachel graduated from the University of Oregon with a BA in Chinese Studies and became a Certified Equity Professional in 2005. She continues to volunteer for the Certified Equity Professional Institute (CEPI) and is currently a member of the CEPI Curriculum Committee.

Barbara Richley, CEP Equity Compensation Consultant

Barbara Richley
Barbara Richley is a Senior Equity Compensation Consultant with Stock & Option Solutions (SOS). In this role, she assists SOS’s clients with various strategic projects such as software data conversions and reconciliations, vendor analysis and recommendations, testing system functionality and software training. In addition, she provides financial reporting support in the following areas: calculating (and streamlining calculations for) forfeiture rates, calculating and confirming Deferred Tax Asset (DTA) balances, accounting for ESPPs, accounting for non-employee grants (options and RSUs), recalculating and confirming software expense accruals, tax accounting, assisting with auditor questions, volatility calculations, option-pricing model inputs, and accounting for performance options. Barbara has been in the Corporate Services field since 1989 when she and a colleague started what is now the Stock Plan Services Department at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. Prior to joining SOS, Barbara was the Senior Manager for the E*TRADE Corporate Services Product Management team for almost seven years. She was either involved in or responsible for updates to the Equity Edge software and its documentation from version 6.1 through version 8. In addition, she assisted with the design and rollout of the Equity Edge Online platform. Prior to joining E*TRADE, Barbara was a Vice President of Corporate Services at Smith Barney where she held several securities licenses and managed the Corporate Services business unit for the top broker at Smith Barney. Barbara has a BS in Finance and an MBA. She has served on the Executive Committee for the Silicon Valley Chapter of NASPP; and, as a CEP, volunteers her time to the CEPI and served for several years on the Accounting Panel of the CEPI Curriculum Committee. She has given many presentations on industry trends and product development at client and industry events, including E*TRADE’s Directions Conference and User Groups, NASPP Chapter meetings, the NASPP Annual Conference and CEP webcasts.

Srini Kalakoti is the Director and Architect for SOS Products. He has been with the SOS team for the last 9 years and has over 15 years of experience in software and services. Here at SOS he is responsible for defining the technology solutions by leveraging his strong technical and equity knowledge. Srini has been designing, building, and customizing various products catering to and easing various stock administration activities. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient in some of the MS Access functions that include, but are not limited to, creating access based forms, reports and macros, integrating different external data, and customizations utilizing Visual Basic for Applications.

Alora's Bio
Alora has over 20 years of experience in stock administration and accounting. Since joining SOS in 2003 she has focused on supporting client plan administration needs, including database maintenance, processing grants and exercises, and reporting for domestic and international employees. In addition, she has developed and implemented procedures for compliance, reconciliation and administration of Year-end, proxy, and Sarbanes-Oxley reporting. Alora has a BS in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 2001 and a Certified Equity Professional in 1999.

Apollo Mok Equity Compensation Consultant

Apollo Mok is currently a member of the People Solutions team at Stock & Option Solutions (SOS). He started his career in the brokerage industry for 7 years with firms such as Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Wells Fargo, and Schwab. Apollo parlayed that experience into the world of stock administration, working in various capacities before joining SOS in 2006. Some of his SOS clients have included Starbucks, VMware, Whole Foods, Western Union, and United Health. He has also held positions at Intel, Apple, and BD (formerly CareFusion). Apollo's experience covers all aspects of equity administration, ranging from daily tasks to proxy preparation, SEC form filing and plan design. He has a track record of streamlining processes with most clients; examples have included reducing ESPP processing time by 80%, setting up an acquired plan in 2 days, and improving team morale. His philosophy is to make it faster, better, and more fun.

Clay Jones has been with SOS cumulatively for seven years of his 17 years of experience in Stock Administration. As a Sr. Equity Compensation Consultant, Clay provides Equity Plan Administration to public and private companies offering stock benefits as compensation to their employees. He is working on the People Solutions Team as a consultant AND on the Outsourcing Team as a Stock Admin. He has had the opportunity to work with a variety of companies in administering and managing their employee stock option, stock purchase, and restricted stock programs. Some of those companies are IBM Rational, Synopsys, Inc., the Gap, Inc., Accredited Home Lenders, Inc., Del Monte Foods Corp., Williams Sonoma, Inc., Flextronics International Ltd., Borland Software, Dolby Laboratories, Inc., Rambus, Inc., Novellus Systems, Inc. DataDomain, Atmel Corp., Cisco Systems, Inc., Glam Media, Inc., Align Technologies, Inc. VeriFone, Inc., Pandora, Altera, & Smart Global Holdings, Inc. Chris O’Harra is a Senior Equity Compensation Consultant with Stock & Option Solutions (SOS). In this role, he assists SOS’s clients with various strategic projects such as financial restatements, software data conversions and reconciliations, process documentation, plan design and implementation, plan administration, financial, tax and Section 16 legal and proxy reporting. Chris has been working in the Financial Services industry for over 30 years focusing the last 12 years in equity compensation. Prior to joining SOS, Chris was the Implementation Manager for the E*TRADE Corporate Services Outsourcing team. He was responsible for migrating the clients data to the Equity Edge software and trading platform. In addition he also individually tailored the documentation of each company’s equity plan administration and procedures before transitioning the companies to the E*TRADE Outsourcing team. Prior to joining E*TRADE, Chris worked in the registered investment advisory and brokerage industries. While in that capacity he held his series 7 and series 24 brokerage licenses and was responsible for overseeing the investment activity including trading decisions, portfolio management, asset allocation, tax planning for individually managed investment accounts. Chris has a BA in Communications and has his CEP from the Certified Equity Professional Institute of Santa Clara University, (CEPI).

Carlos Sarmiento Equity Compensation Consultant

Carlos' Bio
A native New Yorker and proud first generation American, Carlos began his career as a Wall Street stockbroker at the age of 19 working for a number of prestigious financial firms such as DH Blair & Co. and Gruntal, he holds inactive Series 7 and Series 63 Securities Licenses. In the 1990’s, as he started a family, Carlos decided to leave the high pressure environment of retail brokerage, but not wanting to leave the financial arena he always loved, decided to try his hand at Stock Plan Administration starting his new career at Solomon Smith Barney subsequently acquired by Citigroup. He was able to increase his skill set and was recruited by UBS Paine Webber where he branched out to Relationship Management. As his equity compensation career was taking off, Carlos and his siblings took over a fading car service business and grew it into a multi-million dollar organization in NYC. The late 1990's brought a new challenge when he was recruited by a West Coast start up equity comp company looking to penetrate the Northeast market, that company was Stock and Option Solutions. SOS gave him the opportunity to continue his professional growth with established, multi million dollar organizations such as Time Warner and Sara Lee Corp. Like authoring a book, new chapters are constantly being written, 2007 brought with it an offer to manage the worldwide Equity Plans for Carnival Cruise Lines in Miami. Once the culture shock of taking an urban dweller and dropping him in Florida subsided Carlos was looking for the next opportunity to be a presence in his community. He, along with his family, acquired a Salon/Spa in Weston Florida which has allowed him to use his unique commitment to personalized customer service, learned thru years of stock plan services, to establish a successful anchor business in his community. 2015 has taken him to his second and hopefully last tour with SOS, a few years outside the Equity Comp world, have created a new found hunger and enthusiasm which will make him an asset to the organization. Carlos' passion are his family and sports, he enjoys weight training and plays basketball and handball at least 3 times a week and watches it constantly in lieu of any television shows. Carlos considers himself a young veteran meaning he's seen it and all and done it all and doesn't easily get flustered, but is still young enough to make a commitment for continual personal and professional growth. He lives by the adage "What does not kill me makes me stronger" and once you get to know him you'll see it.

Farah provides our organization with 5 years of background in Equity Compensation and Stock Administration. She is proficient with Microsoft Excel, UBS Financial Reporting, E*Trade's Equity Edge Online and Client Resource Center platforms, and an advocate for streamlining processes and procedures for efficiency. Farah graduated from San Jose State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance. She started her professional career in Finance, but had an opportunity to try something new, and became an Equity Analyst for several years, and then a Stock Administrator for VMware Inc. Married since 2007, in 2013, after the birth of her daughter, she decided to leave the work force to focus on raising her. Her daughter has now started pre-school, and Farah is excited to get back into the workforce, and to do so with Stock & Option Solutions.

Laura Shields Equity Compensation Consultant

Laura's Bio
Laura has over 15 years’ experience, both in-house and consulting, in stock administration. This is Laura's 3rd term with SOS, having previously worked for SOS in 2006, 2007 and recently since March 2013. Prior to re-joining SOS, she was Manager, Stock Administration at Apollo Education Group, the parent of the University of Phoenix, for 6 years. Her experience includes managing Employee Stock Purchase Plans, Stock Option Plans and Restricted Stock Unit Plans. She is experienced with filing Forms 3, 4 and 5, managing 10b5-1 plans, black-out windows and trading restrictions. She is passionate about employee education and communication, and uses her journalism background and talent to explain complex equity concepts in plain English. From 2008 – 2012, she served as Program Co-Chair of the Phoenix NASPP chapter, helping the chapter to receive the Chapter Excellence Award for 10 consecutive years. She has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Liberal Arts, Business emphasis, from Concordia University in Irvine California and an Associate's degree in Journalism from Cerritos College in Norwalk California.

Stephen Paratore, CEP is currently a member of the People Solutions Team at Stock & Option Solutions. He has held the CEP designation since 2008. Prior to SOS, he held equity management positions in outsourcing and various consulting roles. Stephen has had experience with small, medium, and large companies, both private and public. He has experience using Equity Edge, Equity Edge Online, Certent, and Solium stock management databases. Stephen began his equity career as a Sr. Registered Representative with Charles Schwab and Co. and held positions within the Active Trader teams and the Stock Plan Services Group. Along with the day to day stock administration duties, he has also worked on various specialized projects such as forward and reverse stock splits, option re-pricings, and exchanges. For the Section 16 officers, he has managed and audited 10b5-1 trading plans, prepared D&O questionnaires, beneficial holding tables, and filed Form 3 and Form 4s on behalf of the officers. Overall Stephen has more than 18 years of combined equity and stock plan administration experience.

Sarah Roberts, CEP Equity Compensation Consultant

Sarah has been a Senior Equity Consultant in Stock & Option Solutions’ (SOS) People Solutions group for five years. Sarah’s unique background in personal financial planning, corporate finance, and management give her a special understanding of the importance and unique challenges of equity plan compensation in the companies that are her clients. Sarah began working in stock plan administration in 1995, and since then has worked primarily as an equity plan consultant. She also has more than 15 years of experience in various finance and accounting functions, including personal financial planning, personal tax, and corporate accounting. At SOS, Sarah has focused on a variety of projects for her clients, including systems upgrades and implementation, ESPP implementation, database adjustments, acquisitions and mergers, and quarter-end financial reporting. Her understanding of best practices, department management, and process documentation give her the ability to make a positive impact in any new client situation, and clients often request her specifically. Sarah acts as a mentor to other consultants at SOS. She recently began instructing the Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 1 courses offered by the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO). Sarah has made presentations to regional and national organizations, and has written articles for the SOS monthly newsletter. Sarah received her CEP from Santa Clara University in 2007. She is a graduate of Mills College, and holds an MBA with an emphasis in finance and accounting from the Andersen School at UCLA.

Tim Quist has worked in executive and equity compensation since 1999 in both administration and management roles for companies such as Wells Fargo, H.B. Fuller, Deluxe Corporation and Secure Computing, as well as providing consulting services at Mosaic Corporation and Tenet Healthcare. Tim’s responsibilities have included; stock plan administration, annual and new hire equity grants, executive compensation, board of directors’ compensation, deferred compensation, ESPP administration, employee education, vendor selection and management, equity administration system implementation, M&A activities, reporting and equity data analysis and auditing. Carol's Bio
Carol Rose-Guerin has worked in the equity compensation field for 20 years.  She has held senior administrator and senior manager positions at Integrated Systems, Inc., E*TRADE, Flextronics, Solectron, Conxion, Palm and HP.  She recently assisted Arista Networks, Inc. through their IPO.  Additionally, she has held consulting positions at Cisco Systems, Silicon Valley Bank and HP. Carol received her CEP from Santa Clara University in 1995 and has been an active member of the Silicon Valley Chapter of NASPP since that time.  She has provided presentations on various equity compensation topics at both local and national Chapter meetings and also at E*TRADE conferences. Her areas of expertise are Restricted Stock Units for both national and international companies, Employee Stock Purchase Plans and Section 16 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Bobbi has 18 years of experience with administering stock equity plans with several small and large corporations, both private and public, as well as providing assistance as a consultant for an outsourcing firm. This experience has provided her with an incredible amount of insight and more efficient ways to administer stock plan management. With the complex problems she has had to resolve, Bobbi has gained a much better understanding of how critical it is to have an accurate database and how closely we must work with other departments. In addition, it has proved to her the many complexities that equity compensation deals with in an ever-changing world. Over the past couple of years, she has learned benefits administration, administer leaves of absence, 401(k), use SAP, ADP, ReportSmith. In her most previous role, she additionally worked with dual classes of stock and restricted stock.  Having started right before the 6-month lockup, there was a lot of work with implementing many new processes. With the registration of the Class B stock, Bobbi had to build a 2nd database and help participants understand the need for an additional brokerage account and what it meant to them. Then not even a year later, the Company collapsed the Class B stock.  This meant that the 2 databases had to once again be combined, which Bobbi was able to do - an amazing feat. Before she entered the wonderful world of stock and benefits, she owned a video store back in the day before Blockbuster as well as managed the family marina - all in a day's work while raising a young family. She has always had the entrepreneurial spirit! Specialties: Problem solving, analyzing data, organization, implementing and streamlining procedures, SEC 16, restricted stock and reconciliation.

Bill Storey, CPA Outsourcing Manager

Bill enjoys collaborating with the SOS Team to help public and private clients with their equity compensation accounting challenges and financial reporting compliance. Prior to joining SOS in October 2015, Bill spent 12+ years in roles of increasing responsibility at various publicly traded companies in the software and manufacturing industries and started his professional career as an external auditor at a Big 4 Public Accounting Firm. Bill’s areas of expertise include stock-based compensation accounting/financial reporting, global external reporting (including SEC Reporting), coordinating the accounting close, monitoring internal controls compliance and performing internal and external audit services. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the Indiana University- Kelley School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant. Tonya Epps, CEP began working in equity compensation in 2002 and had financial positions at Bankers Trust formerly BT Services, Tennessee, formerly, Deutsche Bank, and SunTrust Bank Investment Services.  She began her career in equity compensation at UBS Financial Services as a Senior Stock Plan Administrator.  She currently works for Stock & Option Solutions as the Nashville Operations Outsourcing Manager.  She has worked closely with privately held and public companies.  Tonya holds a BA in Finance with emphasis of Investments from Middle Tennessee State University.  She received her CEP Designation in 2014.

April Kilgore, began working in equity compensation in 2008. She began her career at UBS Financial Services as a Senior Plan Administrator in equity administration for full and partial clients where she monitored daily stock exercise transactions for multiple clients, while developing innovative and creative procedures that reflected best practices. Hannah is a practiced project manager with over four years of hands-on experience managing, guiding, and developing client projects. She first came onboard with SOS as a Logistics Manager for 6039 Reporting projects and has since transitioned into a bilateral team member; Hannah splits her time between the Outsourcing team and lending her content expertise to SOS as a whole. Her background in both print and digital journalism, drives her deadline and detail oriented customer service. Hannah employs creativity, enthusiasm and editorial expertise to solve problems, tell compelling stories and thrive in any project she takes on.

LoAn Nguyen Outsourcing Account Manager

LoAn brings almost 15 years of finance and stock administration experience to the table. She started her journey in finance, tackling the banking and mortgage worlds and coming out with a can-do attitude, impeccable attention to detail, and a strong management foundation. As she has worked her way up from stock administrator to account manager, she has demonstrated expertise in both equity Edge Online and Fidelity PSW. As she approaches the final stages of achieving her CEP designation, LoAn wrangles the day-to-day tasks of stock administration while seamlessly balancing multiple special projects.

Madori Playford, CEP Outsourcing Manager / CA

Madori began her financial services career in 1999 at E*TRADE while there she obtained her brokers licenses, was a founding member then became the supervisor of the Customer Service Quality Assurance team.  In 2004 Madori transferred to the Optionslink Outsourcing team where she began her career in stock administration.  Since her tenure at E*TRADE Madori has spent time at Whole Foods, Atheros, Infoblox and in 2013 became the Manager of Stock Services at Equinix.  Madori has degrees in Business and Human Resources as well as a Master’s degree in Management.  She enjoys public speaking and has presented at various conferences and meetings including NASPP, E*TRADE Directions and the CEP Symposium.  In her leisure time Madori enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing with her dog Poppi, reading and shopping.

Michael McDonald Associate Director, Sales

Michael's Bio
Mike McDonald joined the SOS team in 2010. As the Associate Director of Sales, he is responsible for new business development by introducing SOS’ products and services to new and existing clients. His initial discussions with new and existing clients involve identifying their specific need and then working with the SOS’ subject matter experts to identify and present the best solution. As your primary point of contact, Mike will keep you informed every step of the way and work with you through the proposal and contract process.

Shawna Casey Associate Director, Marketing

Shawna Casey joined the SOS Team in 2010 and manages and drives the marketing efforts across company divisions. Shawna develops and implements marketing communication projects that relate to public relations, advertising, special event management, and creating brand awareness. Shawna successfully coordinates, plans, and executes company sponsored marketing events, particularly Aspirations. She is the editor of SOS’s newsletter, SOS Xtra, and contributes to the development and content creation of the SOS corporate website. Shawna earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications/Media Studies and Public Relations from San Jose State University.

Ryan Moore Sales & Marketing Associate

Ryan Moore is a Sales & Marketing Representative and works within the relevant team. During his time as a student at California State University: Monterey Bay, he worked three consecutive years as a seasonal employee on the 6039 fulfillment team. Impressed with the interpersonal culture of SOS he eventually decided to apply for an open position. After he graduated with a bachelors in Communication Design, he was hired full time on the sales team. Ryan primarily handles client outreach but also assists with the development and design of various marketing and promotional materials. If you are currently a stranger to SOS and need assistance with your equity plan, Ryan is the first person you want to speak to.

Tim Nguyen Sales & Marketing Support

Tim's Bio
Tim Nguyen joined the SOS team in 2016 as the Sales & Marketing Intern. He has worked on various projects including lead development, client outreach, corporate website development, and other projects regarding brand awareness and sales opportunities. Tim has also assisted with planning for marketing events, specifically Aspirations. Before SOS, he worked as a front desk associate at The Bay Club in Cupertino and Santana Row. Tim is currently studying towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a minor in Biology at Santa Clara University and is expected to graduate in spring 2017.
